We left him out for several weeks until he tried to dig out through the wall to the garage. Tried the wire crate with carabiners closing it everywhere - took 5 minutes to break one off and squeeze out. Tried a regular wire crate in the bedroom with the door closed - would escape within minutes and dig at the door to get out. Something went wrong. My dog barely used it before he passed, but I’ve fostered similar size pups that loved it… so I’m glad we didn’t get rid of it after we lost my Rescue. We could tuck it in a corner, if the door was on one end like normal So I guess I like them at times! I wish the door wasn’t on the front, but was on the side, so it didn’t take up so much room. I didn’t love the wheels because my dog is very unsure of anything not stationary/moving in the slightest, but the wheels make it easy to move. My boyfriend hired someone to put it together, so I can’t speak to that, but it was SUPER heavy in the box alone.
